Be warned that when you go to this office, the billing department won’t give you a price of how much it will cost. They will tell you you will be billed later. They also won’t tell you that the tests that they are ordering won’t be covered by your insurance. And then when you give them a call to ask why they would order a test using an out of network provider for Blue Cross, they will tell you they thought it was covered, come up with a pretty pathetic non-answer and then will just refer you to the company that did the test. They don’t take accountability or care about providing affordable services for their patients in a transparent manner. This is one of the worst billing experiences I’ve ever had in my life, and I would not suggest you go here if you want to know how much you are paying

Some people are meant to be doctors. Dr. Chandrupalta spent 3 of the 4 minutes in my "medical appointment" complaining about how his schedule can't accommodate people from other counties. I am to "tell my doctor to stop referring people to his practice" because he "doesn't have time in his schedule". Dude, take a vacation, or better yet a career interest survey because you are certainly struggling to be a doctor.

This is the worse place. Took my fiance and he has been going for 8 years. This vist was the worst ever. He was to have a colonoscopy and endoscopy. First he was to have a CT scan with contrast. He is allergic to contrast so the office he was going to use tried to get the order changed...didn't happen...no CT scan. Then I spent 2 1/2 days calling to get the prep for him to take to get ready for the colonoscopy. This is the day he should have his colonoscopy and still no return call not even at walmart for pick up and now no colonoscopy. This is the most unprofessional bunch of people ever. I guess it's a unionized bunch nobody is responsible for anything. Don't use this office go to Ocala or Crystal River.

Dr Patel is wonderful, listens to all your concerns, knows what tests are needed and you usually get an appointment in a reasonable time. The office staff in Inverness is friendly.
