Citra Urgent Care - Mockingbird/Love Field

***I do not want a management response!!*** My review has been deleted twice. I think this company responds to reviews and reports reviews if patient doesn’t respond/verify details. Do not trust all the good reviews. I have sent multiple emails to Citra that have gone unanswered (which is ironic because they respond to every negative online review to save their public image). Billing is extremely misleading. The staff is HORRENDOUS. The doctor was fine, but the woman who took me back and took my vitals was extremely rude. I cannot believe she is allowed to work in a professional setting. She treated me like an animal, rolled her eyes, and swore. This experience happened over a year ago and it traumatized me. I will never forget my experience at Citra.

So I hold a CDL for my company went to get a blood pressure DOT certification lo and behold. My blood pressure was a little high so I had to go back to them went back in two weeks. The woman that did my blood pressure Test told me she was going to certify me for one month. That way I could get it under control and come back to her. I went back in two weeks. I ash for Ketie The providers that was there is no longer working. It’s totally new people with that says you may have to pay again if you need anything in the same test lesson learned and I should’ve just went to urgent care one name, one place instead of urgent care Cetra good luck this place is new and struggling and might change management in two weeks if you get my point

Review for Citra Urgent Care – Mockingbird I’ve been coming to this clinic for the past six years, but unfortunately, the quality of care and professionalism has declined with each visit. Today was the worst experience yet. I went in for an upper respiratory infection, expecting the usual quick in-and-out service, but ended up waiting over an hour—something that has never happened before. I had a COVID, flu, and strep test, which I was told would take 10-15 minutes. Instead, I spent that time sitting in both the waiting room and the exam room, while overhearing staff laughing and joking in the main office. Despite mentioning that I had an earache, no one bothered to check my temperature or examine my ear. After waiting for over an hour, I finally stepped out and asked about my test resu

Professional urgent care. Took my daughter here for a sport’s physical. It was easy to make an appointment online and complete all my paperwork before arriving. The office is beautiful and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend going to this urgent care.

The staff were all super friendly, helpful, and kind. I had the BEST experience. The office was very clean, the appointment was easy to schedule, check in was smooth, and I was seen quickly. 10/10
