I have a mutual who goes here and it’s very upsetting how unprofessional this place is. When appointments are made the time slot it’s made for should be respected. Waiting hours and hours to be seen for treatment is UNACCEPTABLE. And it’s the same thing every time and no one seems to care. Offices like this are quick to cancel your appointment when you’re running late but when they have you waiting for hours they don’t care. If the doctor is not available at the said time the appointment is made for let me know and we will chose a different time to come in. Our time should be respected and not wasted. Do not waste your time booking here unless you’re okay with spending your whole day waiting to be seen.
