Very caring and professional. I feel welcome every time I come in. They have taken good care of me and my family. They make sure mine and my family medication is filled and waiting for pick by the time I arrive. There always concern and will and will ask about my daughter to see how she is doing. They have gone above and beyond for me and I appreciate everything that they have done!!! I’ve been with Citicare for more than 2.5 years. I love this pharmacy they really care for their people who come there to get their prescription. I’ve been nothing but treated the most respect from this pharmacy and staff at all times. My family has also been taken great care off also. We are honored to have such a loving pharmacy who cares about u. Very informative about meds if not all available I get a call and inform me of the situation and I’m really happy of them being informative about all my meds at all times. They have went up and beyond to make sure I was taken good care of which means my health and my meds very familiar with me and my meds at all times. I truly apologize for the 1 star rating that was most definitely a mistake. so i had to get back and chek myself on that CITICARE PHARMACY is one the best in this city.

I love this pharmacy, Mr DJ is amazing and Ms Daffany is wonderful, she ensures that I have all my meds timely and I’m never without. She Delivers them to my door without complaints. It’s a joy to see her smiling face show up at my home. I would recommend them to anyone.

This is a great pharmacy with great staff that have great customer service skills. What’s more is that I never end up waiting around or being told to Come back later for my medications. The pharmacist is a really nice man and he runs his business quite well if you ask me. Tbh he’s a lot better than many larger pharmacies. I get text message when they’re “ actually “ready 4 pickup.If I could give them more stars I definitely would but, don’t take my word try them for yourself and see..I Guarantee that You’ll agree. It’s over 2 years since my first review and I still haven’t 1 complaint.If you’ve not already tried this pharmacy i strongly would recommend you doing so, trust me you will not be disappointed.
