I don't know why this provider ir this office will not let anyone cancel appointments. They will only let u reschedule appointments.I have never had a problem like this before. So even if i do have appointment here I will not come here. Pls b careful they don't tell u this until after u make appointment. Since they done that. I'm a little scared to go here now. Bc if they do that. What else would they do. It's like this place forces u to stay here rather u want to or not.

OH MY GODDDD. Somebody shut these people down. They’ve had an Indian call center blowing up My phone multiple times a day every single day for two years to call and schedule an appointment from a referral my pcp sent in to them TWO YEARS AGO!!!!!!!! I have told them Multiple times I wouldn’t be using their services so they just harass me. I’m thinking about calling one of those attorneys who sue and give thousands of dollars for each call because this is insanity

MY VISIT WAS A SMOOTH SAILING VISIT WITH DR VAZQUEZ. I DID A PRECHECK IN THROUGH MY PORTAL AT HOME. WHEN I WENT TO THE OFFICE FOR MY APPOINTMENT, ALL I HAD TO DO WAS PRESS ARRIVED ON MY PORTAL. 10mins LATER I WAS TAKEN TO A ROOM, AFTER WAITING 12mins DR VAZQUEZ CAME IN. HE EXPLAINED MY TEST RESULTS AND HE EXPLAINED THE NEXT STEP I HAD TO ACCOMPLISHE. THAT'S WHY I CALLED IT A SMOOTH SAILING VISIT.

Great staff very friendly. Dr. Vasquez is kind and takes time explaining things. I've been a patient for 2+ years.
