Circle Urgent Care of Bulls Head

This entire staff is such a great team. From the start, Ashley was so genuine and kind to me and everyone she was helping. I noticed how fast she is at multitasking. Christina and Dr. B’s warm welcome truly made me feel comfortable the moment my name was called. I have a bad history with getting blood work taken, but Dr. B’s hands and Christina’s presence made it feel effortless. They even brought me candy and water, and we had a great conversation that kept my mind off the fear of getting blood drawn. I will 1000% be coming back. I’m grateful that I felt safe and taken care of.

This was my first time visiting this office and I had a wonderful experience. Dr. Shafi, along with Christina and Brittney, made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. Everyone was extremely friendly, the office was very clean, and the staff was clearly knowledgeable and professional. I don’t love being sick, but they somehow made me excited to want to come back! I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for great care.

Ed the PA was thorough and very pleasant — listened carefully and I appreciated how knowledgable he is. The front desk receptionist was pleasant and when I received A text message from CVS that there was some confusion with one of my prescriptions, I called Circle and spoke with her. She followed up, contacted CVS, straightened it out, and then called me to tell me it had been resolved. I appreciate that she called me and had taken care of the situation.

First time going there and may be my last, didn’t like the overall experience. Felt too rushed by doctor and didn’t think she understood and addressed my issue correctly. Completely different than how they advertise and portray themselves on tv commercials which is why I decided to go there instead of other urgent cares but was surprised to what I saw and experienced.

Place is clean and organized. Intake was very easy. Ed was very pleasant and listened to my concerns. The health care clinician was also, very pleasant and took my vitals and gave me the results. Ed also gave me a suggestion to follow-up with an ENT which I will do
