Circle City Animal Hospital

I just got off the phone with this facility, and the experience was completely unacceptable. My initial call was handled by a woman named Rosa, who was polite, professional, and helpful. Less than five minutes later, my wife called back with a few follow-up questions. This second call was answered by a different staff member whose behavior was shockingly rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. She refused to answer basic questions and demonstrated a clear lack of knowledge regarding our situation. Because of her inability or unwillingness to provide accurate information, we respectfully requested that the doctor call us back so we could properly understand what needed to be done for our dog. Instead of accommodating this reasonable request, she abruptly hung up the phone mid-conversation.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My fur baby got ran over, I rushed her in there hoping this hospital could help my dog and he MADE ME WAIT just to tell me no he couldn’t help me, they weren’t a “ hospital “ and I needed to go elsewhere. She was bleeding and having trouble breathing and even then he didn’t try to at least take a look and try to do SOMETHING. He sent me out. Heartbreaking and unbelievable.

Dr Choi is very compassionate. I only take my dogs to him.

Great doctor. Have been with them 20 years. Super caring doctor. Has done surgery twice on our Willie. Wouldn't go anywhere else. His prices are fair. Does not do anything not necessary. Have had two more surgeries. Would trust no one else as much Thank you

Dr. Choi is the most thoughtful and kind hearted veterinarian my family and I have ever had the pleasure to meet. The staff and him are very diligent and are always willingly to help. I highly recommend him to everyone. Thank you for always being there for our animals.
