I take my son here 2x a month, and the lady we see is wonderful. I highly recommend them, any childrens I've been to has been a great experience.

Not even worth one star. We were wrongfully told that we cannot be seen any longer since we moved to NKY. I understand the insurance isn’t accepted but we were willing to pay out of pocket for a check up prior to starting school. The staff was incredibly snotty and rude. Beyond mortified they are an affiliate of the top children’s hospital in the nation. Go anywhere else but here.

Arrived at our 8 am appointment at 8:02 am and weren’t seen until 8:30 am. How can you be behind that early in the morning? I’ve always had a great experience taking my son there for a year now but it almost felt like they were delaying it on purpose because we arrived a minute late. This appointment was just for 4 shots that took less than 3 minutes to do, we weren’t even seeing a doctor! No apology for the wait or explanation why it took so look. Absolutely terrible customer service, super disappointed because we have been so happy here.

Our daughter has been a patient since birth(2002) first seeing Dr. Robenson who is now retired and is now seeing Dr. Carla Barreau(fantastic, knowledgeable, and very kind)this practice has always been so accommodating. I have always been able to get an appointment same day when needed usually within the hour. They are just terrific. All doctors are qualified to see your child. I have run camp forms athlethic forms over in a rush and they always are so kind getting them filled out for me on the spot. I especially like the idea that lab work can be done right next door and the urgent care located there is open till 11pm. Can not sing their praises enough, rest assured if you bring your children here you will be in competent loving hands.

I have taken my first daughter to Suburban Pediatrics for a little over three years, and now my second little one is also a patient. I love this practice! We have seen many of the doctors and nurse practitioners and have loved every one of them. They are kind, considerate, knowledgable and understanding. They are especially patient when listening to your concerns as a parent and make sure to answer all of your questions before leaving the room. I have never felt rushed in any way and have complete confidence in their care and recommendations. Our primary physician is Dr. Kaltenstadler and she is incredible. My oldest daughter just loves her and is excited to see her when we go in for a checkup. I guarantee you will love this practice!
