Our cat wasn't feeling well so we booked her an appointment. Dr. Clay was absolutely amazing! She gave us a rundown and explained treatment in a very clear manner. Her assistants were also extremely helpful and really made my cat feel less anxious. Would highly recommend! This people at this clinic care about my pet as much as I do.

We've used Church Hill Animal Hospital for a few years now for our dog and cat. Recently, our dog Batty was diagnosed with a mast cell tumor. The staff - from front desk to vets in the back - treated her so well, with great care, and made it a priority to make sure her plan of care was in place. In particular, Dr. Crystal Myers let us know the night we brought her in about what we needed to do, and provided thorough information references. Ultimately, Batty received surgery at VVC, and the surgeons there were thoroughly impressed with the workup and information provided to them by Church Hill Animal Hospital. Highly recommend, we've only ever had great care here.

The entire staff at Church Hill Animal Hospital is amazing! They know exactly how to handle ALL canine personalities with love and care. They treat your pets like their own. I’ve been to many veterinary clinics from Virginia Beach, to Norfolk, to Richmond and they are by far the most caring group of veterinary providers I’ve ever experienced. They are also reasonable in pricing and plans of care. I leave there grateful for their kindness, care, and comfort to myself and my pet every single time.

I thought I had found the perfect vet until recently. I normally will not give a 1-star, but the manager, Katie’s response to my inquiry warranted a negative review. I PREPAID for a service I never received and only realized it when I came across a receipt from Churchill Vet, where I had paid $60 for a fecal exam. I called the office to request a refund and was told by Katie that they are “unable to issue a refund, because it fell outside of their 28-day policy” and the “maximum allowable time for submission is six months from the date of payment.” Was May 5th. Refund request Oct. 29,2025. It wasn’t time for Mynx’s fecal exam and was suggested I get it done. You all do a treatment plan at visits. I asked for a signed copy of this policy, which she could not produce. The document only state
