This winter, when I walked in from the cold, I was greeted by Dr. David Asad’s assistant with a big smile that immediately made me feel welcomed and at ease. She took my X-rays and each time she adjusted the bite piece, she’d say, 'Good job!,' and I felt very proud of myself😀 When Dr. David Asad came in, I could tell right away that I wasn’t just another patient. He was fully present, thoughtful, and took the time to answer all of my questions. Before the root canal, he walked me through exactly what was going to happen and explained that it would be a bit tricky because of the curvature of the space, which I appreciated. After the procedure, he showed me the X-ray to demonstrate that everything had been done perfectly and I could tell he still cared about his craft. Throughout the entir

I’ve been seeing Dr. Assad for about two years now, and every visit has been a great experience. He’s thorough with cleanings and has been really helpful in coordinating referrals to specialists when I’ve needed them. What I appreciate most is how easy he is to talk to—he takes time to explain things and genuinely listens to any concerns. His assistant Ally is wonderful as well and makes every appointment even more pleasant. I always feel well taken care of at this practice. Highly recommend Dr. Assad if you’re looking for a dentist who’s both skilled and personable!

They been calling me and my family since January to get our teeth clean. Went in .. In less than 10mins. He was done from he clean my teeth my upper right molar been hurting and my face swollen. Call made another appointment. The day of the appointment. I called 1hour ahead and let the individual who answer the phone I will be late because of the trains were acting up. Even constantly called to let them know I will be there. Remember they were the one who calledmweandy my family from January to make an appointment.
