I love my new glasses! They always pick out the perfect pair for me. I look around because they have so many fantastic glasses to choose from but end up with the pair they originally recommended. They know what they are doing. The staff is courteous and professional. Dr. Sudarsky does a thorough eye exam and uses state of the art equipment. I would recommend Chroma Optics to anyone who needs an eye exam and stylish glasses. 🤓

I had a double vision problem. After literally years of different optometrists telling me that I just have dry eye and to use over-the-counter eye drops while my double vision just got worse over time, I luckily found Dr. Ethan Jones at Chroma Optics. He took his time and thoughtfully listened to me as I described my eye problem, and then had the expertise to completely resolve my double vision with a correct eyeglass Rx containing a prism. Hooray ! I have great vision now ! Highly recommend.

5 star review here ! My glasses snapped , I was in panic mode . My normal eye doctor couldn't see me for an emergency even though I have an appointment next month. I called monday afternoon and was seen before opening today ! Amazing staff, amazing help, wonderful people . Sent me home with enough contacts to hold me over for FREE! my glasses were ordered with a "rush" everyone was attentive, sweet, kind hearted and did not rush to get me in and out. I spent over 2 hours with 1 on 1 help to find the perfect set of frames. So all these 1 star reviews I feel awful for because I can not say enough high praise for everyone I encountered today . Beyond thankful for someone going above and beyond to help during my manic state !

Absolutely disappointed with my experience. I have gone to this establishment once prior and have been able to order through a different brand of contacts outside of their business. I returned to update my eye prescription and was not told about being unable to order through my own brand of contacts at my appointment. I was upfront and explained that I have been ordering through Hubble for years now and will continue to use this brand and the doctor did not say that this would be against company policy. So I paid for an eye appointment to renew my prescription to be told that I cannot order the contact brand that I prefer. They would not change the brand of my prescription nor give me a refund so I can go somewhere else. I am left feeling extremely frustrated because if I was told this ori

Have always had a great experience but coming to them on a Monday morning after losing my only pair of glasses over the weekend, they had me sorted out a little more than 24 hours later. Just great service.
