CHRISTUS Urgent Care

Everyone here was caring and professional. And it was Christmas Eve, but they were working cheerfully. The nurse wore some Christmas Cheer and was very sweet. We had special needs and the Doctor gave us the best care possible. They also printed our prescriptions in case the Pharmacy we normally used was closed, and the receptionist warned of some that were closed and choices of some open today. If we ever need Quick Care again we will go there❣️

Horrible care and customer service. My family has been using this location for years and always got great care. They told us today that they have made some policy changes and believe me it shows. We left without getting the help my son with autism needs, bless his heart. I still can’t get over how rude the PA was to us. Some people shouldn’t go into healthcare if they have no compassion for the neediest among us.

Dr. REN and his staff were fantastic on multiple visits. The office staff, nurses, and Dr. Ren were kind and considerate of my ill family members. They ensured my family was comfortable and were very upfront about the time expectations to receive test results. Education provided regarding symptoms and medications were wonderful as well. Facility was very clean and the staff was warm and welcoming. We appreciate everything Dr. REN and the Christus team did for us.

I stopped by this morning to have two stitches removed from a previous appointment with my doc in Austin, Texas. Excellent people and professional service rendered. This after I was told earlier on the phone that the removal of stitches could not be done at WK quick care due to liability issues. Thank you Chistus for real healthcare.

Outstanding folks here! Went into Velocity Care and 11.30 on a Sunday and there was 3 folks ahead of me. In a matter of 25 minutes, I was checked in; vitals taken and seen by the Dr. It took longer for me to get my prescriptions at a pharmacy than it did with the Dr. In the event I have to find a "quick care". . .I will go no further than here! Very professional and the Dr. listened to me as a patient. . . .Thank You CHRISTUS Velocity Staff! Keep up the good work!
