CHRISTUS Urgent Care

I’ve been going to this clinic for years. I really don’t understand the negative reviews, because I’ve never had an issue with this clinic. Everyone has always treated me with respect, professionalism, and courtesy. I’ve also been attended to quickly. The last time I was there I had broken my toe, and they were wonderful. The doctor was kind and I got an x-ray very quickly. They sent me home with it all wrapped up and with some crutches. I also got a call the next day to check on how I was doing.

Went in to get a simple flu check. Was turned away because they close in 30 minutes. Needless to say I will not go to this urgent care ever again. Went to another urgent care and was there only 10 mins. God forbid Christus urgent care had to stay late.

I visited this urgent care for cold symptoms and was asked intrusive questions about my sexual activity and the gender of my partner. This line of questioning had no relevance to my reason for being there and felt inappropriate and unprofessional. I addressed it directly during the visit. Patients should not have to question why irrelevant personal questions are being asked during basic care.

Dr. Bell and nursing staff Chris are quick. I went in Christmas Eve morning for neck pain and was in and out of the office within an hour tops. Thanks!

The service was quick and I got the care I needed but the nurse practitioner, Aaron, was rude. He joked about my kidney disease to a nurse in the hallway.
