Have used Christus Turtle Creek for years now. I debated about changing when Dr. Amy Starr retired a couple of years ago but decided to stick it out. My daughter has ADHD and we see the doctor twice a year one office visit and one wellness. At our most recent wellness exam, we discussed my daughter's growth which is common practice when you have a child on ADHD medication. We have discussed it each and every time we see the doctor; however, this was the first time that I was later billed for an office visit on top of the wellness exam (which is 100% covered by our insurance). I cannot wrap my mind around that at a child's routine wellness exam a child's growth is considered outside of wellness. Excuse me? We will be switching providers after this. I do not wish to do business with an organ

Front office staff and the nurse were very pleasant and nice. Very easy scheduling and check in process. We saw Dr Park and I was not very impressed, I felt that professionalism was slightly lacking throughout our interaction. I was also left under the impression that he was not on board with me exercising parental choice regarding certain medical decisions for my child. He declined to let us continue coming to the clinic for visits due to this matter.

Dr. Cates is an amazing Doctor she has been my kids Doctor since my first born she's is more then a Doctor to us. My kids love her and I'm so grateful to have her as my kids Doctor.

Dr. Cates is simply the best. She is patient and attentive whenever I have questions regarding my son. She breaks down conversations so that I am able to fully understand each step of the care process. Highly recommended!

This was the frist place I found when my family moved out here five years ago, that was taking new patients. Their frist doctor we saw there was Dr. Wick who was ok not our favorite. Then this year my daughter has been having some trouble with her hearing. And with Dr. Wick retired we saw Dr. Starr who has been great at helping us try to firgure out what is going on. She tells it how it is, very direct which I enjoy and my daughter love how Dr. Starr and her nurses treats her. Though, my kids favorite part of their visits is the gold token they give out for the after visit prize for the coin machines, that and the fish tank. 😄 While I enjoy myChart so I can look at my families records of visits and appointments for a busy family its an easy way to keep all our medical information organized
