Christus St Michael Emergency

I dont know what the bad reviews are about this place. I'm currently here with my father and everyone has been professional and caring. The attending Doctor S. Caire was very forward and good. All the nurses were great. We were seen very quickly too.

Admins and nurses are nice. Clean environment, plenty of parking. Dr. E Sass is one of the worst doctors I have seen. Terrible bedside manner, kept interrupting me while explaining my problem. I told him I didn't appreciate his attitude and that was the last time he came to my room. Once again, Christus St. Michael failed treating my headache and did not offer anything for my edema

Best experience we've ever had with an emergency room. Everyone is so friendly, courteous and truly caring. They love their jobs and it shows!!

Front desk staff and nurses were nice. The doctor (or nurse practitioner ??) we saw, Sharon West, was dismissive and very rude. My partner went in for extreme head pain, body aches, numbness, confusion, memory loss, vomiting and inability to keep anything down, and extreme chest pain. We mentioned past professionals have suggested brain inflammation was the issue, and she completely wrote that off because he did not have fever. This is an ongoing issue that has been present for multiple years and is preventing my partner from driving to work at this point, which the nurse and doctor were told. Sharon asked what he was suggested to do about the inflammation, and we told her they’d suggested a neurologist. He cannot even access a pcp right now, which is why we came here, but were told we ca

All the ladies working there were great the nurses the nurse practitioner all of them they made my daughter a priority and got her treated and out of there in no time I highly recommend it
