CHRISTUS Mother Frances Hospital - Tyler - Emergency Room

I left this hospital about 10 years ago with my lifetime loyalty blown out the door. This past month, my experience with an emergency visit turned that around positively. Everyone, including doctors, nurses, Surgeons, you name it, was so professionally amazing that I had all my faith restored in Mother Frances Hospital again. The standards are way back to being a clean, standardized, and respectful, down-to-earth, honest staff from top to bottom. They didnt push you out or slap a quick fix!! I was highly impressed with the whole ER department. I will return to them anytime I am in East Texas again.

Came in around midnight in a bit of a panic, my husband unable to breathe, and they got us back and treated him quickly. Staff was incredibly compassionate and attentive, and we were out in less than three hours. Definitely glad we picked this hospital.

Everyone was so patient and kind while we were in the ER for my daughter’s broken wrist. Dr. Glenn reset her bone and did such a good job that she will not need surgery. The orthopedic providers that we followed up with were pleasantly surprised at how good the x-rays looked. The nurse was so sweet with her and patient with everyone during the entire visit.

This is the best hospital my family has ever been to. Unfortunately while visiting Tyler we had a scary incident with my daughter. She crushed her fingers at our hotel and we had to get to the nearest ER. Though a few popped up on map, this was highest rated. So we drove a little further to get there. Immediately upon arrival we were greeted and checked in by compassionate staff. We were taken back right away. And there was a few people in the waiting area. Within 5 minutes of being there my daughter’s vitals were done and we were speaking to the doctor. He immediately ordered an xray. I kid you not, they were there in under 10 minutes!! It took maybe 25 minutes or less to get the results. And the doctors came back in. When I tell you this hospital is amazing, it was AMAZING. I hope if an
