I’ve been a patient for two years, and I truly can’t say enough about the care I’ve received. Through it all, Dr. Young has never given up on helping me find answers. He listens, takes my concerns seriously, and continues to work with me until we find solutions. That level of persistence and compassion has meant more than I can put into words.

Dr Young and all the people I interacted with were great. My one complaint is you all really need to do a better job identifying yourself when sending text messages with links in this age of phishing scams and malware. Your system gives little to no information and just wants us to click on things- not a best practice. Prefacing these texts with emails or phone calls would be just one way to improve.
