Dr. Dick is so great. I have been seeing him seven years and he has been an absolute pleasure. He helped me stay sober by his straight shooting message. He is there for me when I text him using MyChart. I trust him.

I have been a patient of Chris' for some time. For a few years I have always been dealing with chronic fatigue, severe neck pain, and some other chronic symptoms. I have gone to a few other PCP's, however, I am extremely particular with who I choose to be my PCP. As a 33-year-old, I have gone to the prior PCP's expressing my concern with the chronic symptoms I am consistently dealing with. Each one said I am too young to have any serious condition, and would just prescribe me a prescription and call it a day. Honestly, the best PCP I've had. I moved 30 min away in PA and I still drive back to the office. Chris is always straightforward with me, and listens to my concerns. He's super responsive with any messages sent in the portal, and answers my questions as thoroughly as possible. It's refreshing to feel like my provider actually listens to me, tbh.

Chris is just amazing APN,better than many drs. He is caring, proactive, good listener and knows he’s stuff. My parents love him, always answers and calls you back in a timely manner. Very knowledgeable. You leave the office with a positive and wonderful feeling that someone cares.

At first I was not happy today With my care. All my prescriptions are ready at the pharmacy except for 1 was out of refills. I have a condition that's exhausting at times and embarrassing. I work a lot and they couldn't see me until Wednesday. I said what am I supposed to do go wo my meds until next Wednesday and she just said yes. I called back an hour later just to say if anyone cancels can you call me and I had the nicest lady and I an going in today. She understood and really took care of me.
