Christopher Heitzman

Dr. Heitzman is a wonderful doctor. He takes the time to take a detailed history and really listens to you and your concerns. Not a problem to get an appointment for non emergent things and when you need a same day appointment they have a separate doctor that can see you same day in the same building. The best part is your records are all linked so Dr. Heitzman is informed if you visited the same day provider.

Bad attention, long wait times for my appointments, the doctor makes you wait a long time to see you and when he sees you, he only sees the file and that's it. If that's a doctor's appointment, what bad attention to the patient? Another thing: You ask a question and he doesn't answer you correctly. Good way, I'll have to look for another doctor....

So impossible to get an appointment! I've called on several different occasions and no one ever picks up. Even when you leave a message to schedule an appointment, they don't return your call. The staff could be friendlier and Dr. Heitzman just always seemed to be in a rush to get you out of there and onto the next patient. Not a helpful doctor or office.

I genuinely wish I could give this facility 0 stars for the sake of an accurate rating. I'm in awe of the staff's incompetence. The absolutely simple task of changing a diagnosis code to fit the testing was never handled correctly. I'm embarrassed to say that it has been 6 months and they still have not gotten it correct! Even my insurance has tried to get a hold of this office but they do not pick up or return calls. I'm being billed incorrectly and am at risk of being put in collections. I'm concerned for anyone who goes here. I don't want anyone to have to go through what I'm having to deal with. Do not go here, the staff is rude and unprofessional to say the least.

Dr. Heitzman is my doctor. I've been in several doctors that walk into an exam room and listen to them for maybe a minute or 2 and they're out. Dr. Heitzman is differnt. He'll sit down and listen to what I'm saying or asking. It's like a actual conversation. It's almost like sittinng down with a friend.
