Waking up with terrible arm and shoulder strain, Christina fit me in her schedule the next day. She took time to listen to me, and after carefully applying the right pressure she was able to find and work on the problem area. Her knowledge, skillful technique and calm assurance made a difference within the hour. She sent me home with helpful tips and movements I could do at home. After two days I have most of my range of motion back. What relief! Christina is personable, attentive, engaging and provides a warm and comfortable space. She gets my five stars!

Christina is absolutely amazing! Every time I go in she spends additional time asking me about my recent training, aches, pains, issues etc… so we can decide on the best treatment and plan for my body. She incorporates whatever is needed including some cupping during a deep tissue massage, which is far and above the best service I’ve ever received. Highly recommend her for one-off massages and even more for regular sessions to boost recovery. She’s also an absolute delightful person, and super knowledgeable about her craft… Thank you Christina!!!
