ChristianaCare Primary Care at Glen Mills

Might be the worst doctors office in America. They did not even hire a good telephone service. When you try to schedule with them, they just leave you on hold for 20 minutes. When you walk in, you see the nurses ignoring phone calls. They need to shut this place down. Nurses are disgrace. Constant change of lead doctors. The patient/customer service is so bad it is beyond belief.. This is my first ever review on anything lol. All of these people do not deserve a medical license and are awful care takers. Watching the phone ring and ring is comical because I have been the guy, trying to get ahold of someone. They also have no problem hanging up on you when the computer system is "down", which it is 9 times out 10. I actually had to drive into the office the last two times I want

Good luck getting anyone to help you with anything. Took calling 4 separate days to speak with someone regarding why I couldn’t gain access to my lab results. And good luck getting your provider to even discuss the results with you. Saw Jafy John, CRNP - she did not fill out my needed medical paper work properly, had to see her twice due to the lack of attention to detail and never once did she follow up with me. I am still missing lab result/reports needed for work clearances and cannot get a hold of anyone for them. This institution is scarily unprofessional for being apart of the medical field.

Terrible service. All they care about is getting your money. Customer service rep was rude when asking a question so I left a d will never return. This is exactly why I hate doctors offices and never get tests done. I’d rather Roll the dice and take my chances then deal with these folks.

This office is no longer efficient like it used to be. The girls who answer the phones are non-caring individuals who show no professionalism at all. I worked with the public for over 30 years until my retirement and I can guarantee that none of those girls would have lasted 3 months with that insurance company. I called the office today and had to hold exactly 1 hour and 8 minutes. That is uncalled for. Then when they did answer they were totally rude. Been with these doctors for over 20 years but looks like now is a good time to locate a new family physician.

Was able to get an appointment the same week I called. Doctor was helpful. Had to get blood work and the nurse, Tasha was GREAT. She knew I was nervous with needles and made me feel comfortable. I felt ZERO pinch when she drew my blood. I will definitely request her the next time I need blood work done. Thank you!
