I was seen pretty quickly, the front desk staff was awesome. The doctor and nurses were great. They diagnosed my illness and sent a prescription to my pharmacy. I was in and out in less than a hour.

Came here on the advice of my VA doctor. The staff here are amazing. They patiently worked with me thru the process and my wait time was minimal. The Nurse Practitioner who worked with me was freaking amazing! She listened and she gave me meds that cured my heath issue. These folks are who you want to see if you need urgent care. Thank you all

Visiting a friend in Elkton MD, I needed to visit the urgent Care facility on a Sunday morning. Staff were welcoming and very professional. To my surprise I was seen within 15 mins. Reception was easy and then a triage staff member was very professional in gathering info and vitals. Finally I met w/a PA or Nurse Practitioner who reviewed information gathered and diagnosed a wound on my leg as ringworm of unknown origin and prescribed salve that has corrected the issue.

Very good experience. Amazingly, I was seeing within 15 minutes of arriving. The nurse was friendly, Professional and proficient. The RN who stitched my wound was considerate and all business. The facility was clean and the front desk Associates were also kind as well.

Went to Christiana Care Urgent Care with my friend who was sick. My friend went in as a walk in. When she went to the desk to sign in she was told the wait would be around 2 hours. She was trying to persuade her to go somewhere else. We ended up waiting and watched as they picked and chose who they were calling to the back next. Everyone who came in behind else went back and when my friend asked about her turn she was told they had appointments, which we could hear and some clearly did not have an appointment. This Urgent Care clearly does not accept walk ins unless you are prepared to wait until everyone else is seen first. The front desk people are rude and clearly don’t care about the people that walk in to Urgent Care. The sad part is that I work for Christiana Care and these employee
