My lifelong dentist retired and I found Dr. Ruggiero. Other than routine cleanings, I’ve usually seen Dr Ruggiero only when I was having problems. I was stressed. But he was always calm, patient with me, and very knowledgeable. Over the years I have come to know him and appreciate his expertise. This is the man I want working on my teeth, and you should too. Now that he has me “stabilized” I go there just for cleanings. Lori does a great job. She is sweet and talks just enough to put me at ease. I recommend this office.

Having Dr Ruggiero since our dentist retired was a good thing. With him knowing our dentist who we saw for over 40 years, you get comfortable with that person. Dr Ruggiero has been great! My dentist of over 30 years retired a couple of years back and we wanted to find someone closer to home now in Medina. Recently made my first visit to Dr Ruggiero's office after having been with a different dentist for over 15 years. I was very comfortable with my old dentist and somewhat concerned I wouldn't have the same great experience with this new office. From the moment I originally called to make my appointment all the way through the end of my first visit I could not have been more pleased with the service I was provided by Dr Ruggiero and his team.
