I wouldn't recommend this company to my biggest enemy... this place is a huge rip off and they only want your money... 10 years of eye exam with insurance I've never paid so much out of pocket for a simple eye exam ... when I mentioned it to them they really didn't care, they must be commissioned based or something because they literally had all these hidden fees ... DO NOT COME HERE!!! I was bamboozled!!! On a site note all the employees are SUPER NICE!!! probably because they wanna butter you down for your money!!!!

I called this location to place an order for a pair of frames and they lied and told me the frames were discontinued because they didn’t want to go through the work of adding the sku number to the system!!! I called another location and they placed my order within minutes with zero issues, and the pair is expected to arrive in a few weeks. If you need glasses or an exam, visit the woodstock location.

I was charged more than the base charge for my visit. When I asked why, I was told that the doctor decides what to charge. I did not find that satisfactory and courteously asked for a further explanation. I was then dealt with very aggressively and rudely by the office manager. Basically I was told that I was going to be charged whatever they felt like charging me and they were not even going to explain why.

I have been a patient of Dr. Hobson's for many years. I have received great eye care. The office staff is friendly and caring and treats you with consideration. I recommend this practice to anyone looking for eye care.

I was very badly treated by the manager. He didn’t care about my problem. He was very rude.
