Dr. Tsintolas is an outstanding orthodontist. My son is currently undergoing treatment at his office, and we’ve been deeply impressed by Dr. Tsintolas’ meticulous attention to detail and dedication to excellence. He is incredibly responsible, always takes the time to explain each step, and ensures that every aspect of the treatment is done with precision. The staff is professional, the clinic is well-organized, and the overall experience has been excellent. Highly recommended for anyone seeking quality orthodontic care.

Awesome orthodontist, my 2 kids now 35 and 37 had braces when they were teenagers from Dr Tsintolas that turned out with incredible results at a reasonable price. Now my 14 yo Stepdaughter is seeing Dr. Tsintolas and he is still outstastanding at a reasonable price. Best in Gaithersburg, IMHO as an MD, PhD who ran a lab at NIH for 20 years and was a Full Professor with Tenure at University of Maryland School of Medicine in the Departments of Medicine and Physiology for an additional 5 years, Dr Tsintolas is the best orthodonist in the entire DC/MD/VA area and his prices still can't be beat. He also works on adults with great results, again at a very reasonable price. If you or your kids need braces, run, don't walk to see Dr. Tsintolas

Got my braces done by Dr. T years ago and still looking great. The whole office and of course Dr. T himself was great to work with. When I went to my dentist after I got my braces off he called in other people in his office to check out my teeth and bite. He said it was “perfect”. He said to say thank you to my orthodontist, and from him. Thank you Dr. T!

I highly recommend this practice! My daughter just had braces put on this past Monday. This practice has been great! All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. Dr. Tsintolas was patient, calm, and kind. The orthodontist assistant was awesome! She was very thorough in going over the care of the braces. They provide a payment plan, very reasonable.

I came to Dr. Tsintolas due to a referral from my dentist and I have been happy with my decision. I never felt pressured into getting the braces but he was kind enough to give me all the information I needed to make a sound decision for myself. His age and experience make it easy to trust his knowledge and advice.
