The worst possible front desk for a dentist !!!! The receptionist are extremely rude and disrespectful.The only rational person there is Rose the manager. I was sent to them by my dentist to do a post and crown and they have done nothing but waste my time from day one. It took them over 2 mths to get an approval from my insurance when I work for an orthodontist and know it only takes 2 weeks. I waited patiently and have come to every appointment on time. I missed my appt today because My tire popped in the middle of the highway and they were refusing to give me an appt anytime soon. They were trying to reschedule me for over a mth away knowing my tooth can crack with the job half done. They obviously dont care about their patients or their well being. The Reception suck! They never answer the phone. I needed a tooth extracted and they are picking up and hanging up. Isn't the point to book Clients, Retain, and Service clients. They won't be around long!
