Honestly I didn't have a bad experience but the reason I gave Dr. Choe 2 stars is because I went in for a cleaning and it was the fastest cleaning I ever got from a dentist. My previous dentist no longer takes my insurance hence why I went to Dr. Choe. Plus he is conveniently 3 blocks away. My previous dentist took his time and cleaned each individual tooth. He would let me know when to spit so he can continue with the cleaning and flossed my teeth as well. Dr. Choe didn't do any of that, neither did he clean each individual tooth, and it just felt very rushed. However the receptionist was very professional and nice but i will not be going back.

I went in today for a root canal and I must say that I am impressed. It’s hard to come by good customer service and passionate workers . The receptionist Sarah was patient and knowledgeable which made me feel happy about siting in the dentist chair. When I sat in today the assistant Iris was amazing she is just wondering with preparing X-ray and setting up while waiting for the dentist. Today root canal with dentist Dr .Choe was a great experience. He took his time he was very informative , gentle and attentive. I would absolutely recommend this location and it’s worth the travel.

I'm a little surprised reading the negative reviews... my husband and I have been going to Dr Choe for a little over 2 years and we've never had any major issues. Dr Choe is an excellent dentist. We have no complaints, and while the receptionist does seem to have bad days from time to time she has never, in our experience, been disrespectful. We love and appreciate them! I'd recommend.

You know when you are receiving a service and you can just feel that all they care about is your money? That is this place. I would not recommend anyone go here. I had a temporary crown put on a tooth that was never finished because the care plan was backwards. It recently broke and you would think I'd be able to walk in and be seen right? Nope, have to pay 65 dollars for a consultation. Not to mention while you are being worked on, so is another 1 or 2 people. Jumping from room to room. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place.

I have been a patient of Dr. Choe ever since he opened the office many years ago. He has taken good care of my teeth, I even had whitening done and paid out of pocket. I went there initially because another dentist told me I needed a root canal, it has been several years now and I still never had to get the root canal. Dr. Choe is courteous, honest, professional and warm. I recommend this dentist very highly, and I am in the health care business.
