CHOP Specialty Care, Virtua

Do yourself a favor, don’t go here. Go to a location that is u see one organization. I took my son here and they wanted follow-up X-rays. I got two bills, one for chop and one for Virtua. Nobody tells you BEFORE hand that you will be billed for both, as a patient you go in thinking it’s under one. I work for an orthopedic and we only bill under one because we are one organization even with the x-rays. They charged me for the chop visit to see the doctor and then Virtua charged me for allowing chop to use their equipment. Save yourself the money and just go under ONE name organization not joint, double dipping in your pocket.

They say that my daughter is not going to grow more she's 12 yrs old 5 feet tall they say she don't need to wear the bracelet for her 27 degree scoliosis when girls still growing at that age hopefully her condition doesn't get worse then she will need surgery thanks to what they told me not happy about Doctors desition the Doctor saw her for 3 min that day was a fast appointment quicker then a drive thru Coffee order .

Just completed a sleep study for my son who is also autistic. He was having a lot of anxiety but the nurses were kind, patient & took the time to explain the process to him in a way he understood. His two nurses were amazing , thank you !

I agree with the poor reviews. I messaged four times over a period of one month simply asking for a phone call from my child's endocrine MD or the practice about the prescription concerns -- only to be completely ignored and told to call another unit. I get that you are all-mighty CHOP, but when calling back a patient's concerned mother no longer a priority that is really sad.
