Just an amazing experience. We as parents already have to worry enough about our children's health but to come to an establishment that was solely on point about everything is amazing.. We love this location for office visits and surgeries. The front desk staff is always attentive and polite during check in and check out. The wait times are appropriate. The nurses come in promptly once youre moved to a room and the Dr's/Specialists are wonderful. We frequent this location for both ENT with Dr. Kazahaya and Audiolgy with Lauren and we are always very pleased. It is well worth the 3 hour round trip multiple times a year.

2 of my 3 children have been under Dr Handler's care (ENT) for their ears. He is great. I trust his opinion, and appreciate his patience and honesty. My daughter has tubes and he did the surgery. He has such a calm but informative manner about him and I would send any one needing ENT his way. We also have visited the audiology dept there, and they have been wonderful as well. The epitome of how a child's doctor visit should be- calm, clean and friendly. Every nurse has been wonderful as well! Grateful we went with CHOP.

Best experience I’ve ever had at a doctor’s office. The office staff were polite and helpful. No wait time after checking in. NP came in within 5 minutes of being in room. Extremely compassionate to my daughter’s needs and informed me on what the steps were. The surgeon was very polite and informative as well. I’m confident that my daughter’s upcoming procedure will go smoothly due to their thorough explanation of the before, during and after.
