CHOP Pediatric Urgent Care, Brandywine Valley

If I could give 0 I would front desk ASHELY is rude and shouldn’t work with kids. Never been so disrespected at a HEALTH CARE facility. Hire new staff. Office manager allowed this woman to be rude after I asked for direction after being told sign in on the clip board and nothing else was said. She felt she had to chime in when I said sorry I’m confused I was just handed a clip board. Been here a bunch never been treated worse ANY WHERE matter of fact. Then after the dummy walked away & came back she was still running her mouth to other patients parents about me. If you don’t to be hospitable to people DONT WORK IN HEALTH CARE.

Same doctor misdiagnosed my daughter 2x. First time was a minor (but completely obvious) misdiagnosis, second time almost cost my daughter her life. Avoid this urgent care at all costs.

They saw us relatively quickly, provided great care and the team was wonderful with my daughter.

The check in staff and nurses and doctors are wonderful. Thank goodness for the app for checking in prior to going. Makes it so much easier. Wish more people knew about it so it makes the wait time less.

3 visits in 3 weeks and each one was wonderful! Speedy check in and hardly any wait. They get people back as quickly as they can and the staff is knowledgeable, empathetic and quick!
