CHOP Pediatric Primary Care, Chadds Ford

My child has been with this office since they were born. We have seen a couple of the doctors. We liked them all, they were professional and knowledgeable. We especially love Dr. Labik. She listens, she’s extremely kind and caring. The nurses are great with the kids and helpful. The front desk employees have been nothing but accommodating and nice. Whenever we call with a question, we get called back promptly. I highly recommend this office.

My daughter was in extreme pain took her to DuPont emergency room because the amount of pain she was in and was genuinely concerned. Left the hospital feeling okay but not 100%. The next day she was back in pain and this time I decided to call the office. The nurse practitioner who called me back was very detail oriented and listened to all of our concerns and scheduled her to come in for the next available appointment which was within the hour. She saw Dr. Kutz, who she has see before. Dr Kutz immediately diagnosed the issue and caught something the hospital missed. She is amazing with kids. Honestly every doctor/nurse we have ever seen has been amazing. Thank you!!!!

They do not listen to parents input and constantly dismiss concerns. The nurses are highly unprofessional in various ways including writing their opinion of the parents in medical charts. We switched to nemours and the quality of care is much better. Front desk is rude too. Nemours corrected an error chop made during a procedure within a week, while chop pushed us off and dismissed us for over a year for the same issue. I had to call over 5 times to speak to someone and get a return call about a nurse.

Routinely dismisses problems so patient does not receive treatment, no informed consent, etc. I work in healthcare; I've won an award for it. They still treat me as if I know nothing and am just an anxious new mom. I honestly believe I could bring in a dead infant and they'd still try to gaslight me into believing everything's fine. This office is the epitome of why children are getting essential oils instead of vaccines and why people in the US are rejecting medical care as a whole.

We just switched to this practice from Nemours and every experience I have had with every employee from the front desk at check in to our nurses to our doctor in the room has been incredible. They are all so kind and loving and welcoming and my son trusts everyone who cares for him. He is 14 months. I just left his well appointment and the doctor told me he is perfect and that I’m a great mom. He is my first and this made me feel so proud. I am so happy to have found this little gem
