Dr. Jacobs and his team are amazing! Super responsive, genuinely friendly, and always helpful. I had to switch dentists last year due to insurance changes, and I was so excited to return to Choice One Dental. The care here is top-notch. Highly recommend—10/10!

I have never been a huge fan of dentists but this one is SPECTACULAR. Both the staff and Dentist are the kindest folks you could ever imagine especially during dental emergencies. They have always taken care of my husband and I and we will never being going anywhere else. Thank you for your kindness and compation!

Dr. Dustin Jacobs is the best dentist I’ve seen—thorough, gentle, and honest. He explains options clearly, never upsells, and makes even complex visits feel easy. The team is welcoming, the office is spotless, and scheduling/billing is painless. I left with my teeth feeling great and a clear plan. Highly recommend.
