My daughter goes here but we are going to change. THE DOCTOR KIMBERLY DOTSON IS ONE OF THE RUDEST PEOPLE I HAVE EVER MET. The way she talks to people is unacceptable. Everytime my daughter goes in there she is crying because of the way she is being talked to. I can not believe she can talk to people the way she does. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

So kind, caring, and professional as they care for my dad who is slipping down the slope of dementia. Dad was nervous about going to a new place and the ladies made him feel very well cared for. Afterwards he said, “Those ladies really love Jesus and you can see in how how well they cared for me.” THANK YOU for helping us when we needed it! It could have gone very differently, but it went wonderfully! Dad says you get two thumbs up.

I can't thank the staff enough for their care while I was struggling with pneumonia. They were so kind and efficient. The office is super clean, very quiet and peaceful. I'm never going back to any other urgent care.

The value as a member to pay a very low monthly rate for unlimited visits is absolute peace of mind. Ive been in twice once for a sore throat and once for some bruised ribs. They even did the xray and went over it right there in the office in a few minutes rather than me having to go to another facility when I wasn't feeling well. Both times I was greeted by friendly staff and seen right away with amazing, thorough care. I was treated and cared for like family, not like a number in the system like I am used to with the other "group" plans available out there. This is the way heath care should be. The location is also very convenient.

Having been here twice for myself and once for my daughter, I have only good things to say! The staff is very personable and truly take the time to hear what's concerning to you and then address those needs. I don't feel rushed through like at other urgent cares and have been treated with respect. Great job Choice Family 😁
