TLDR: Great and professional care, everything that the Pensacola Periodontics at 4357 Spanish Trail wasn't. Choice Dental has been nothing short of amazing. After a really frustrating experience elsewhere, we came here for my dad’s dental needs — and from day one, the difference was night and day. The team is incredibly professional, compassionate, and genuinely committed to patient care. They always followed up, checked in regularly, and made sure my dad was comfortable and informed every step of the way. You can tell they take their responsibilities seriously. Their pricing is also very reasonable, especially considering the level of care and attention they provide. I found this place through my insurance and glad I did. It's been so long since I've been to dentist and I knew I had cavities, but insurance helped make it afforable. I had 2 wisdom teeth pulled, 2 crowns and fillings and everything was done with no issues & the insurance was so helpful. The only sad thing is the lady who did the teeth cleaning retired and she was wonderful and they haven't found a full time one to replace her yet. But the temporary ones have been fine when I've been in for cleaning. The staff is A+ and always willing to answer questions, especially Carol.

Every time I go there, I'm greeted so nicely and they are soooo caring. A very professional place, I recommend Choice Dental to everyone! Funny thing you know it's a dentist office but no matter if your nervous about things they always explain things to you so you relax. I always smile upon leaving. That's how much I respect the Dr. & the staff

Went to them April 9th to get replacement of top plate and new bottom . Only 3 months in and still not complete. So if you're looking for quick service don't go here.

My husband and I saw this dentist when they were one of three that accepted our Medicare Advantage dental Insurance. We had to change insurance when the company stopped offering the plan. The dentist office just called to cancel my husband's cleaning appointment because they didn't accept our previous insurance. When we asked if we could just pay for the service, they said no, that that would be insurance fraud. Have you ever heard of a dentist that didn't take cash? Must already have enough gas in his yacht.
