My wife scheduled an appt. for our 19 year old son for a cleaning , exam and a filling. She called the insurance company a couple hrs prior to the appt to determine the appox. out of pocket cost assoc. with the out of pocket cost to be paid at time of service. My son told Dr. Love NOT to rebond his orthodontic retainer as his Orthodontist was do so. He was only to do a filling and a cleaning, period!!!! Dr. Love went ahead and did the rebonding anyway! They charged my son a lot of money which he had to pay before he left the office. He charged my son for something my son told him not to do!!! I feel Dr. Love took advantage of my son's age and charged him for something which he should not have. Would not use him again or recommend him to anyone!!!!!!!! Deceptive!!!

Used to be a good dental office until Dr. Gordon left. Whole new staff and they complete services without advising you of the cost then bill you. I stopped going to them about 4 years ago and the must have gotten a new billing system and keep harassing me for services not approved by my insurance or me. They replaced a filling on the side of my molar. I didn't ask for enemal looking filling im thinking they put silver filling back in. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!!!!!!
