CHKD Pediatric Urgent Care

This was my 2nd time going to this facility, and it confirmed the doctors here are in need of training. My child's first visit, the doctor had plastic gloves on while typing on the computer and then proceeded to try to touch my child with those same gloves on. I stopped the doctor immediately and explained that the computer keyboard is full of germs and she absolutely should not touch patients with gloves that are unsanitary. I requested that doctor to remove the gloves and sanitize her hands, then put on fresh gloves before touching my child. It was not an immediate "My apologies" as it should have been. It was a back and forth as the doctor tried to make excuses until she finally stopped and realized she was 100% wrong and sanitized her hands and put on fresh gloves so we could proceed w

I have used this urgent care many times over the last 4 years and it has always been a great experience. The later hours for pediatrics are so nice. Highly recommend!!

We can’t thank this place enough. It was PACKED and while we were there for two hours it was solely due to the volume of people because we were never sitting around waiting for too long. From check in to triage to being seen by the doctor, they never had us waiting a long time. Our doctor was a woman and she was so incredible. She was efficient and kind and she didn’t rush us and was so patient with my 4 year old. Our visit put my mind at ease as a parent and I would recommend this CHKD urgent care.

We visited this location with my little one who has a fear of doctor's offices. They were so very patient and kind with my child. Our results came back quickly and we left within an hour of arriving. This is our second visit to this location and both times our services received were truly amazing. Highly recommend!

When our daughter needed stitches while visiting family we weren’t sure where to go. We were initially nervous based on previous reviews but everyone here was FANTASTIC! They put my daughter at ease and were great to my husband and I. Special shoutout to Nurses Mo and Casey, Dr. Ketten, Jules from X-Ray and Liz (I think) the LPN.
