Ever since our kids' pediatrician started using this billing service, billing has been a disaster. They sent an incorrect bill, charging a copay for an annual checkup and billing the wrong insurance, even though we had submitted the new insurance information. After getting the first incorrect bill, I called and gave them the insurance information again. The representative on the phone could not explain the bill. Yesterday I got a new bill -- also incorrect, and with the wrong insurance billed again. I called during their published business hours, waiting 10 minutes and there was still no response -- it is clear there is no one manning the phones.
