Children's Urgent Care at Forest Home Clinic

No sense of urgency. This location comes up as an ER, but it is not. I came in with my son and was concerned about breathing due to an exposure to eggs, and still had to wait. I'm clearly upse and standing right by the front desk hoping to get called next, and there's this lady sitting on her phone, completely ignoring me. No update on the wait, or "how is your baby doing?" ZERO concern.

It hurts me to give this review, because we have had mostly good experiences with this location so I couldn’t go all the way down to a 1 star review, but this past visits experience negated any good we’ve had in the past. We’ve worked with both Dr. Chowdhury and Dr. Hawley, both were good but my wife liked Dr. Chowdhury more since she was super kind and even gave our daughter a little gift. So, we had requested to see her going forward. When we scheduled the 15 month check up we had expected to see her again and my wife had even brought a gift back from overseas for Dr. Chowdhury. For some reason the appt was booked with Dr. Hawley, which was a little inconvenient because of the gift, but no big deal really. This review is definitely going to suck to have to leave because I have been here before a couple of times in which I’ve never had bad experiences up until today &’ now that I’m seeing the hours maybe that’s why they had the sign out front like they did &’ it sucks I didn’t take a picture of it. So I am approaching this place about 720 ish there’s a sign they have outside saying something of the sort “not seeing walk in’s due to many patients” or something of that sort. Anyways I walk in I start walking towards the second set of sliding doors when I got stopped by a security in the front window. Worst urgent care they let people skip. You have been waiting a while in the waiting room.

Best Urgent care we have ever taken my son to. It was calm and quiet in the lobby, not crowded even on a weekend. They got us back within 5 minutes and the doctor was in just as quickly. Both the doctor and nurse were super helpful and informative. Will 100% come back if we ever need urgent care services again.
