I wanted to leave a 5-star review, and honestly, if I could give it 1000, I would. As a mother of a nonverbal autistic child, I know how difficult it is to start therapy. But if you come here, you and, most importantly, your child or relative will feel well cared for. They have excellent pediatricians, occupational therapists, and speech therapists who are the best, and we've been working together for 5 years to help my daughter become much more functional. All the staff are highly qualified; from the moment you walk in the door, everyone is very professional. Miss Lucy is a wonderful person, and she, like everyone else, knows how to do her job very well. They truly love what they do and their patients every day. Words cannot express how thankful my family is for Hannah, OT. My daughter has been struggling for years with chronic pain. Hannah went above and beyond from my daughter's initial evaluation where she already provided her with strategies before her actual treatment began. She tailored each session to my daughter's difficulties and her progress has been incredible. She went from struggling immensely in school to living the life she always dreamed of. Highly recommend Hannah for all your pediatric chronic pain needs- her skills, knowledge and patience is truly unmatched!

Children's Specialized in Hamilton is worth every bit of the hype. It took months to get in, but I'm so glad we waited. The whole atmosphere is warm and uplifting, and every visit feels like we're in the best possible hands. The staff are incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. They connect beautifully with my 9-year-old and make him feel completely at ease. Today Ruth at the front desk set the tone with her kindness and a great conversation that made me feel instantly welcome. And Dr. Joann Alfonzo is outstanding. She combines excellent medical care with a sense of humor that turns an appointment into something we actually look forward to. This hospital has transformed the way we experience care, and I recommend it wholeheartedly.

Hannah has been an excellent occupational therapist from my daughter’s chronic pain evaluation to weekly treatments. She tailors each session to her interests and daily struggles which has resulted in improvements in her quality of life. She is now functional in her routines, all thanks to Hannah. Highly recommend her for all your pediatric chronic pain needs, her patience, knowledge and skill is unmatched!!

Made him feel comfortable. So that he can engage with you during his appointment. He was so excited to show you his collection of things he likes. The smile he gave when speaking about it. The interaction was great. He agreed that the visit was better. I even shed a tear. Because a mother knows when things are going to be great and is going to be a great interaction with a provider. Nothing was awarkard. . His feelings are valid and they matter. You made him feel he matters even with the things he struggle with. I give you five stars
