Children’s Nebraska took such amazing care of my baby. The nurses and doctors were kind, gentle, and supportive throughout our stay. I am so grateful for their quick response and the way they treated my daughter like their own. Highly recommended.

Nothing but exceptional! My daughter was flown here due to a respiratory virus, we were only on the medsurg floor so this review is just to this specific experience. The communication from the doctors the second she landed while me and my husband were still on our way was amazing. I have been to two other children’s hospitals and this is by far the best one. The nurses and doctors were the best. I love that they explained everything, made sure we were on board with the plan instead of making us feel like we had no say, and instead of making it seem like it was just another patient to check on you could feel and see they care. They weren’t in a rush to do rounds and leave the room, they actually took their time.

The nurses and techs were AMAZING. Hands down. Educated. Patient. Kind. Just wonderful. This was a scary visit for my child and our family. They made me feel like we were not alone and even when I asked the same question multiple times, they answered with grace. I am thankful for the healthcare team who cared for my daughter during this time.

All of the staff from the security guard who heard my fear and frustration and guided me, on the phone, to admission were the most comforting people around. At check in, we were her first patients to ever check in and she was so personable and smart, I wish I got her name. The cafeteria cashier was warm, funny, and welcoming. The nurses, like Riley on floor 4, they were all phenomenal! Riley really helped my daughter during her lumbar puncture and we'll always include her in our prayers of thanks. Neurology, PT, OT, food service, housekeeping, everyone was just a calm and caring person in a very scary time. Thank you all. You are the angels that walk among us. My son received excellent care and the drs. were very informative and didn't just rush in and out they took their time assessing my son. His nurse Bri deserves recognition also. She was very kind and listened to my concerns and explained thing in a very proper manner too. She also has great bedside manner. We had a amazing experience and will always know that he will be taken care of at Children's Nebraska.
