It is difficult to get medical records transferred. Especially since the doctor said she’d have it done last year. So we drove up, got a rude greeting from the hospital, and then directed across the street knowing the place was going to close when we got there. We arrived at 4:28 and were ignored by the staff in the building. Now we get to drive home and try again tomorrow. And doing it online isn’t easy. You have to have a printer and scanner. It’s not just an online form you can submit. Not everyone has those items in their home. Be more considerate.
