Childrens Medical Group

I have 4 children who all was cared for by the doctors in this office ,who now take their children here. Not only were they cared for, but their Father was as well.. 40 plus yrs of a family relationship.. My recent experience with "Dr" Y was horrible, just as another post read she has a tendency to brush off symptoms as "fine" "normal".. when the parent know it's not...Sorry to inform you, but DOCTORS DONT KNOW EVERTHING! I WENT TO HER AND EXPLAINED WHY MY Granddaughter needed an antibiotic for her scalp (Griseofulvin). She proceeds to tell me she doesn't its healing all the while im begging her to listen before she developed sores and her hair falls out.. she decided to prescribe a cream which didn't work 😕..AND LOW AND BEHOLD HER WE ARE A WEEK LATER AND SHE NOW HAS SCABS IN HER SCALP...

Being that this was my physician when I was younger I’m actually surprised by the carelessness and mistreatment by Dr.Y. I’ve mentioned several times about my sons symptoms and like always she brushes it off saying it’s “ normal “ my son was pulling on his ears all the time and It was concerning to me among other things what was the response? Oh that’s just a soothing mechanism long story short my son is now seeing a CARING AND PROFESSIONAL individual at Tidalhealth Pediatricians who diagnosed my son with a ear infection , yeast infection , and his throat is swollen with pus & he’s now on 4 different medications so how does all that get missed by a supposed “ Doctor” idk. I wouldn’t refer my worst enemy to these people. OH I forgot to mention she gave him shots he wasn’t even supposed to

I’ve always had good experience with this office. This office has taken care of all three of my children, as my oldest is 26 now. My youngest is 8. We always see Dr. Panni, some think he’s a little harsh or opinionated or in a hurry. I like that he doesn’t hold back & gets to the point, but explains his opinion & even uses his own personal life or experience when explaining. he’s very heartfelt with my children & wants the best for them. In health & in life golds. I don’t never feel rushed, i like the in & out type, no offense i have other things to do. When we leave though i do feel that a follow up, a check up or a sickness has all been addressed & moved forward. Very disappointed, the same day of my appointment they called me to let me know they couldn’t see my early term baby because we didn’t fully vaccinate him at the hospital and are choosing to spread them out because we believe that is what’s best for him being that he is early and our last son had a bad reaction. Though our last son is still fully vaccinated, spreading them out just worked best for his reactions. Very unprofessional of them, they are also listed online as vaccine friendly but that is not true. To turn away a early term baby that was required to be seen today is beyond me. Luckily, we have found another provider who will be able to take our son who also has way better reviews online.

All three of my children have been here since birth. My oldest is now 15yrs old. I have always felt that the patient care was great, hence I do not mind the wait if there is one. If I ever needed to add on another child while another one was being seen they always made an exception so I did not have to make a second trip.
