Dr. Luxenberg is horrible. He has missed several diagnoses and treats patients horrible. He is completely rude and fails to find out what is wrong with patients. Over my years as a patient here, he has missed several diagnoses where I got even more sick and had to go back for a different doctor at the practice to properly diagnose and medicate me. On top of this, their is a rude receptionist who answers the phone. This is why he is always the only available doctor, horrible treatment and patient outcome from his end.

I want to start by saying I love Dr. Bezler. He is the only doctor in the practice I will see. I would give him 5 stars…maybe even 6 stars. On the other hand, I have requested that my children never see Dr. Solan ever again. It is in their charts. She is extremely judgmental and shared her personal opinions about my parent choices not medical advice. The office was booked. I could only make an appointment for my daughter even though my 6 month old son had a terrible cough. I brought my son to the visit in hopes she would just listen to his lungs. He is a patient of the practice and Dr. Solan has been his primary care since birth. She refused saying in a very uncaring tone, “He isn’t on the schedule.” Seriously it would have taken her under a minute. Now he is suffering, and there are no a

Very helpful, friendly and kind staff. Just transitioned from our previous Doctor in Fairfield due to moving. Dr. Luxemberg was very patient with my son through the check up. He communicated appropriately with my son about things that my son can comprehend at his age. I really appreciated his way of presenting the flu vaccine, he didn’t try to persuade me with fear or anything. I felt very respected and honored as my son’s parent. I appreciate that Dr.L is straightforward with some things while still trying to remain sensitive to the individual by using his sense of humor and understanding. I can see he wants to make sure the child is physically okay but that he also wants the family unit and home to be okay as that contributes to the child’s development. Looking forward to our next visit.

I have been bringing my child here for 5 years. My son was acting out during our last visit. Dr. Luxemburg made our experience even worst. He is treating children like they are robots, so rude to both, parents and children. He always has availability because no one wants to see him. We go to him with simple issues but this was the last time. Dr. Bezler is the best in practice but he is only out of Bloomfield.

Dr. Daton is an incredible doctor, however this office needs to get it together. Two plus hours on the phone waiting, because they have not hooked up to MyChart. When there is answer, no one seems to be able to help us. Incredibly unprofessional and unhelpful- better off going to a walk in / ER for direct patient care.
