Wish I could give negative stars. Took my 3 day old in for his first checkup. There was a doctor and a mom in the waiting room discussing hormone therapy for a "transgender" child. Absolutely disgusting. Will never be returning there. On top of that the doctor that came in to our room had transgender stickers on her computer. Absolutely done with that place

For Dr. Williams he is amazing with all 7 of my kids that go to him. He really cares about his patients. He does anything to try to help them. I wish he would open his own practice. Also we meant Kimberly Foley here also and she is also amazing. She is in keyser now and we see her there. Some nurses are amazing others not so much. Also some of the check in ladies are very nice and others seem like they hate working with kids. 😅

My kids have been going here for a while now and they see Dr.Williams and he is absolutely amazing. My oldest has stage 1 autism, and the doctors is always a fight with him but it’s nice having a doctor who is kind and understanding. We’ve also been having sleep issues, and he’s the only doctor who has listened and helped my son. If I can recommend anyone, it’ll be Dr.Williams.

Saw Dr. Hurtt was scheduled to see Dr. Williams. She walked in didn't say who she was when I mentioned we were scheduled with the other dr she laughed and said "well he is a man don't ask me" while passing the room. Visit was going fine till the end when she became extremely disrespectful toward me. When I was going to walk out and said I won't be disrespectful she tried to play it off as if I disrespected her, she said "you disrespected me by not taking my advise" when she didn't actually offer any advise. Just said "if you make the right choice" Also made jokes towards my son being born with cleft lip and palate. I highly do not recommend going to a place where they downgrade their own colleague's and disrespect the parent/patient.

Terrible. Dr. Williams is absolutely amazing, but everyone else there sucks. I am pre diabetic and extremely iron deficient. They withheld these results from me when I was having extreme health issues that put me in the hospital multiple times. I did not find these results until I transferred to Spring Valley Family Care. Afterwards, they kicked me out with hardly any notice. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
