Great service great staff nice doctors and nurse get treated well and they don't take up your time you only have to wait about 2-3 minutes for great and nice service from all staff members always hand out gifts and prizes like sticker and puppets these doctors are the nicest and kindest

CHKD in NN has been an excellent experience for both my daughters. I've taken both my daughters here for blood tests and they got it done first time, each time! They made my daughters feel comfortable and we had full confidence in their skills! One of my daughters sees Dr. Russell. As a new patient with a new scary diagnosis, Dr Russell made sure to see my daughter immediately. She is very knowledgeable and took her time to listen and explain the condition to me and my daughter and her plan for care; which made us less anxious. We have never felt rushed or unheard under her care. She even reviewed out of cycle/between visit blood tests and called to discuss the results, adjusted medication as needed. The staff and nurses at this facility are the most caring, sweet humans on the planet. Taking a toddler to get tests done is never fun but they really help to accommodate for the littles that pass through here. They keep cute shows playing throughout the patient areas, the check-in nurse gave us crayons and a coloring page, and the nurse was so patient and communicative. 10/10 recommend!

My family and I live in Florida. We headed to New York City for spring break for a week and my daughter got really sick. We made a pitstop in Hampton roads to see my parents. We visited two different ERs in the Hampton roads area that misdiagnosed my daughter. Thankfully a Riverside ER doc did the appropriate tests and had her transported to CHKD, where she was admitted. We had the most amazing care. The ENT department docs were amazing and all of her nurses and health care professionals were just amazing. We couldn't ask for better care than what we received. She was hospitalized for four days and were able to get her better before heading back to Florida.
