⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing care and kindness! The staff at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia are truly outstanding — from the doctors to the nurses and everyone in between. They are caring, professional, and always go the extra mile to make children and parents feel comfortable. The hospital is clean, well-organized, and full of positive energy. Truly one of the best children’s hospitals in the country. Highly recommended!

I cannot put into words how grateful, thankful, and appreciative I am for the entire staff at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. My son was first admitted to our local hospital for five days. They truly did everything they could, but once we were transferred to CHOP, the difference was immediate and life-changing. In less than 24 hours, my son had a clear diagnosis and a treatment plan. I wish I could thank every single person by name. I know this is your profession but there is a huge difference between doing a job and being exceptional at it while genuinely caring for the people you’re treating. At the previous hospital, my son had a very difficult time with IVs and blood draws. He was dehydrated, and every attempt required me and multiple nurses to hold him down. It was heartbreaking

This place puts UPMC and Penn State Health to shame !!!!! Five stars are not nearly enough to express my gratitude to the nurses, doctors, and technologists who cared for my son during our recent hospital visit. My son was a patient at Penn State Hershey for eight years—eight long years marked by rudeness, misdiagnoses, unnecessary medications and a lack of listening when parents advocated for more for their child. From our very first visit to the urology clinic, I knew we were in a special place. Within just 15 minutes of meeting the physician, he confidently identified what was wrong with my son and provided an accurate diagnosis. To confirm the findings, we returned to CHOP last week for what was expected to be an exploratory procedure. That visit ultimately led to surgery, followed b

My 4 month old daughter was transported to CHOP after having complications from RSV. The entire staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Our nurses Dana, Melanie and Brandy in 3 East seashore unit were amazing and so attentive -Always kept me updated and were quick to run into the room when her vitals were off. Also they were wonderful at helping soother her back to sleep after vitals were checked in the night. The whole experience was overwhelming and terrifying but the staff here helped ease my mind. Thank you to these wonderful nurses and the ambulance team for all their help. Truly angels 🙏

Overly disappointed with our experience. My child came in with a broken wrist and we experienced excessive wait times before being treated. The lack of urgency for a visibly injured child was very concerning. I understand hospitals can be busy, but broken bones in children should be prioritized appropriately. I hope improvements are made so no other child has to endure this.
