This doctor is the only one who helped my daughter's skin. We drive 2 hours every 3 months. So worth the drive. Office is clean and cheerful. We started seeing the doctor when my daughter was 4. She's now 13. Same doctor. She remembers everything my daughter has said to her. Great experience
We initially scheduled an appointment with them after our concerns were ignored by our first dermatologist regarding my child's skin condition. Despite a long wait to schedule our initial appointment (several months) the subsequent appointment scheduling time became shorter, and we could book future appointments with shorter wait times. I kept hearing how good CHOP was and didn’t believe it. I thought it was because they were such a big facility, but no it goes deeper than that. I find CHOP impressive because they actively listen, maintain thorough notes for review and communication, and I've never felt rushed or hesitant to ask questions. They consistently inquire about my child's progress, demonstrating a genuine commitment to their patients' well-being. This could be biased since our e
Driving through Philly traffic was awful and we were late but we called ahead and they were understanding. We got us in to see a doctor quickly and they really take their time to answer all our questions. They were also great with kids which is so important. The parking garage is terrible. They have park/exit signs all over to the point where they are meaningless. They should have the lane to skip levels clearly marked so that people can bypass the filled levels. No signage for this exists whatsoever. There are a lot of rushing antsy people in the parking deck trying to get to their appointments. This makes me very cautious to walk through the busier levels with a small child. Pretty much everyone that isn't an employee is going to have a child with them in the deck, so encouraging calm dr
My son had a lip hemangioma that appeared at 2 weeks old. We were encouraged to contact CHOP because there were treatment options . Since he was an infant we got an appointment that month. He was prescribed medicine and hes had a 90% improvement in 5 months. We are forever grateful for the dermatology team. The doctors, nurses and support team have been phenomenal. I could not be happier with their work and dedication.
