When i found this place I was relieved at first because for so long I couldnt find any doctors who knew about POTS or what I was talking about when explaining my symptoms. I thought i was finally going to be able to get treatment for this and get my life back. However so far this place has been somewhat a let down. The only reason i came to this location was because the Johns Hopkins clinic in Baltimore has an extremely long waitlist and I needed to be seen sooner than that. Judging by the reviews left by others I am not the only one that agrees that this place has unacceptable practices... Our experience with Dr. Hasan was outstanding. He made sure we understood every aspect of our son's condition by taking the time to thoroughly go over test results, including the echocardiogram. We were immediately at ease with his composed and assured demeanour. We genuinely believed that our child was in capable and kind hands.

We’re so grateful for the care our child received. From the first appointment, everything was explained in simple terms, and we never felt rushed. The doctor was patient, kind, and very thorough with the heart evaluation and follow-up plan. The staff was friendly, and the whole experience felt reassuring during a stressful time.

I went here for help with my POTS a couple years back, and just now remembered about it. It was a truly awful experience. They took the same tests over and over for no discernible reason, and charged us for it every time. We're just lucky they took our insurance. The wait times were absolutely abysmal. 6-8 hours of waiting, even when there was no one else in the waiting room. What could they possibly be doing in there? And of course, it was 6-8 hours of waiting just to see the doctor for 15 minutes max, as he told me very vague things about POTS in general. Not only that, but Dr.Abdullah really felt like he was not very informed on... much of anything. Office has closed down!!!! I am beyond pissed off. I was seen in January for my annual follow up, no one mentioned they were shutting down, we even talked about my next years visit, and scheduled. I have been trying for a couple weeks to talk to my doctor, I’ve called no answer, I’ve emailed no replies, I’ve tried to use MyChart and it says I have no provider, I ended up calling MyChart and they said it looked like the doctor was just no longer part of John’s Hopkins, she found two phone numbers and said she’d call and if someone answered she’d have them call me.
