From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such kindness by the front desk—Ms. Cindy was incredibly sweet and made us feel comfortable right away. Ms. Brown was an exceptional doctor: attentive, professional, and so patient in explaining everything clearly, which gave us great peace of mind. The Medical Assistant, Ms. Elisson, truly went above and beyond, making sure we felt comfortable and fully prepared to go home with all our questions answered. She was truly the cherry on top of an already wonderful experience. The entire team demonstrated outstanding professionalism and genuine care. I am so grateful for the level of attention and compassion we received and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for excellent healthcare and a truly positive experience.

Our recent visit to children’s healthcare urgent care was phenomenal. The staff was kind, attentive, and made my child feel comfortable throughout the entire experience. We also used the Save My Spot service, which was a game-changer. It allowed us to check in ahead of time and avoid sitting in a crowded waiting room where many kids are sick. I came not too long ago for my child's high fever. The nurses were not only attentive, but they were amazing at their jobs and helped me every step of the way. Yes, the waiting was long, but that was expected. The doctors at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta are attentive and get you in and out after the wait. They're great at prescribing in and out too! Overall wonderful experience!

We were very happy with our visit. Everyone was super kind and attentive. The front desk staff, nurses, X-ray technician, and doctor made our visit very easy and quick, all while showing they truly care. Everyone was very helpful and went above and beyond. They helped to cheer my daughter up and made it less scary for her, and they explained everything very well. I made the right choice coming here!

Great experience here. The online check in made it easy to get seen quickly. We only waited maybe 5 minutes before being seen. Mind you, it was not a particularly busy evening, but regardless it was a good experience. My child felt safe and all staff were very kind and helpful. I will definitely use their services again when needed.
