Two hour wait to see the doctor. Dr. Shenoy was arrogant and never apologized for the wait. He also has very poor bedside manner. He left the room without any acknowledgment and refuted our baby’s symptoms. He sent our prescription to a pharmacy of his choosing, without simply confirming with us first. We left feeling awful after interacting with him. Do not recommend.

Dr. Shenoy was amazing! He finally solved my son’s gastrointestinal issues, after seeing other doctors that did not. His bedside manner was fantastic and he took extra time to thoroughly explain what was going on in terms that both my son and I could understand. Nurse Gail was also very pleasant and attentive. Likewise, the ladies at the front desk were extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. If your child has any GI issues, I highly recommend this location.
